Meet the Owner
My name is Donna Jones, I am the owner of Slam the Weight. I am a retired WCPS Teacher and U.S Army Veteran. My passion for health and fitness began when I was young. I have been a vegetarian for 32 years and love to meal prep. I am proud to have run several 5ks and biked on the C&O canal from Cumberland, MD to DC. In 2016 I became a Personal Trainer and I am so thankful to be able to turn my passion into a thriving profession.
I care about my clients and love to help them push through their fears to get the results they desire. Having worked with a diverse clientele, I understand that everyone is unique and has different goals and lifestyles. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs.
